Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Develop complete turnkey engineering studies and specifications, recommendations and construction documents, including all necessary Geotechnical and Environmental Engineering design plans and specifications for all district‐wide construction and general maintenance projects that may be required at any school campus, athletic facilities, administrative support service facilities, and existing land or properties for future purchase. 2. Provide on‐site project supervision, inspection and full contract administration services by a Licensed Engineer (in the State of Texas), of all district‐wide geotechnical and environmental engineering services for construction and general maintenance projects as required. Daily inspections and observations of project sites by a Licensed Engineer will be required. 3. Conduct forensic engineering feasibility studies of building facilities and structures, and/or conduct building geotechnical and environmental engineering commissioning evaluations of school campuses, athletic facilities, administrative support service facilities, and existing land or properties for future purchase. 4. Provide materials testing, quality control, and quality assurance engineering for all construction and maintenance projects as required.
