Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Grants Assessment – Comprehensive review and improvement strategy development of current grants functions including communication mechanisms, processes, and procedures, fiscal and programmatic capacities. 2. Grants Policy and Procedures – Review, update and create policies, procedures, and operational guides as needed. 3. Grants Funding Research – Create strategic plan for project funding aligned with institutional grant priorities. 4. Grants Professional Development – Provide staff training and support for effectively managing all aspects of the grants organizational operation. 5. Grant Proposal and Application Development – Provide all services required to develop complete applications and proposals including: project planning, grant writing, reviewing and editing, and timely submission of applications and proposals. 6. Grants Compliance Management – Implement a compliance management structure that enables ongoing monitoring of funded awards, invoicing and/or drawdowns as provided in the grant. Compliance must include all fiscal activities and responsibilities. 7. Annual Grants Report – Provide an annual report of grants activity including financial and non-financial outcomes.
