Upon arrival to HTSPHS, the contractor should coordinate a safety plan with park staff. The plan should include both locations where the laser(s) will be used. This safety plan should be designed to avoid unprotected viewing of the laser beam and must include approach protocol for site staff, and barriers to visitor access, as necessary. Some aspects of this safety plan may also be coordinated via email or telephone prior to the arrival of project personnel. Upon acceptance of the safety plan and treatment plan the contractor may submit an invoice for 25 percent of total project funds
