Specifications include, but are not limited to: a. Provide executive coaching services in accordance with common commercial practices for the term of this Contract. Specifically, upon receiving a notice from District that identifies an executive that is to receive executive coaching (an “Exec” or “Execs”), Contractor shall timely: i. Provide executive coaching services to District Execs, to be identified by District, designed to improve Exec development, performance, leadership and impact on District and its employees; ii. Evaluate the Exec’s leadership abilities, strengths and opportunities for improvement; iii. Design an individually tailored participation based feedback and development program (“Engagement”) for the Exec to help assure improved performance or continuation of top performance for the Exec. Each Engagement shall include, at a minimum, the following steps: 1. Assessment and planning; 2. Goal identification; 3. Implementation; 4. Evaluation; and 5. Sustainment; iv. Identify roles, responsibilities and expectations for each Exec at the beginning of an Engagement; v. Identify and utilize in-house District personnel or outside resources that may support the Exec’s development throughout the Engagement; vi. Provide templates and other problem solving, decision making and goal setting support resources for Exec throughout the Engagement; vii. Identify and establish performance metrics for each Exec and establish acceptable minimums and maximums at the beginning of an Engagement; viii. Directly manage and direct the implementation and completion of each Engagement, including maintaining detailed records that are to be provided to District upon request.
