Specifications include, but are not limited to: A Search Firm to source candidates for executive and academic positions within the System. a. Meet with TSUS to understand goals and objectives of the position, provide a proposal timeline, and advise TSUS on development of position announcement. b. Develop and implement a recruiting strategy, including the solicitation of nominations of Candidates as well as advertising approaches. c. As directed by TSUS, Proposer shall be responsible for identifying and, if and when requested, recruiting qualified Candidates and then assisting TSUS in screening and cultivating qualified candidates nominated by others. TSUS may initiate contacts with qualified Candidates identified by the Proposer or nominated by others.
