Specifications include, but are not limited to: Provide leadership and expertise to fully define Equipment requirements throughout all design and construction related project phases, which may vary by Work Assignment but will generally include Programming (also referred to as “Pre-Design”), Schematic Design (“SD”), Design Development (“DD”), Construction Documents (“CD”), construction, and equipment and facility activation (“Activation”). Interface with MD Anderson Project Teams to develop order of magnitude Equipment estimates and develop Equipment-related information into detailed drawings and elevations, room by room lists with supporting details including Equipment cut sheets and vendor drawings to fully define all manufacturer and MD Anderson required utilities to inform and coordinate with Project Teams for Construction Document development and construction administration phases of the project. Provide expertise and validation in drawing reviews to ensure all utilities shown on construction documents are acceptably coordinated into construction.
