Specifications include, but are not limited to: Company agrees to provide the following Services on an as needed basis, and as requested by the CPS Energy Field Representative listed as the Primary Contact pursuant to the related Task Order and the following requirements (each a “Job”). Such Services will vary in nature and may include, but shall not be limited to, the following activities (the “Services”): Note: For simplicity, throughout this document reclosers are mentioned specifically. It should be understood that TripSavers will follow the same process. Project Management. Manage all aspects of the Project (including, but not limited to the following Services as further described in this SOW: Planning, Relay Coordination, Reporting / Analysis, Design, SCADA Commissioning, Device Testing and Installation, and Construction). Provide a dedicated Project Manager, as indentified in Section 3(a) who shall be the primary point of contact for all aspects of the Project. Assure Quality Assurance / Quality Control (“QA/QC”) for all stages of the engineering and construction process for each recloser and the project as a whole. Meet with CPS Energy personnel in order to create and maintain a procedure manual that details the recloser installation process and includes a description of QA/QC responsibilities. Planning. Update CPS Energy distribution planning power engineering software (“CYME”) circuit model for circuits receiving new reclosers. Perform feeder studies for power flow and voltage performance based on the Program. Determine optimum locations to install in-line reclosers on distribution backbones (typically at the mid and the tie points of 13kV circuits and at third points and tie points of 35kV circuits). Determine optimum locations to install normally open tie reclosers between adjacent distribution circuits. Perform studies to ensure one switch section circuit tie will not result in overloaded conductor conditions. Create work requests in CPS Energy’s Asset & Resource Management (“ARM”) Web Portal. Update attributes in CPS Energy’s Work Management Information System (“WMIS”). Develop planning onelines in Microstation. Update all CPS Energy Distribution Planning files with recloser feature placement, Facilitity ID (recloser switch number), and settings. Save onelines in the DistPlan folder on CPS Energy’s computer network. Attach onelines in WMIS once approved by CPS Energy Distribution Planning staff. Prepare a memo for System Protection for each recloser planned with the recloser switch number, settings, and fault current. Memo shall include names of all recipients: System Protection Engineer, Remote SCADA Systems Supervisor, Distribution Planning Engineer, and Distribution Planning Manager. Save the memo in the DistPlan folder on CPS Energy’s computer network.
