Specifications include, but are not limited to: Required Services: Supplier will use qualified, professional staff to provide the following core services to LCRA, at a minimum: Short-term counseling services: Includes X sessions, face-to-face or telephonic counseling, for short-term problem resolution. The number of sessions is offered per-issue, per-family member, per-contract year. Unlimited critical incident stress debriefings (“CISD”); Supplier will provide group debriefings as required at LCRA work locations. Reference the work locations list for all LCRA work sites. Supplier will provide unlimited CISDs when a traumatic event occurs, LCRA will define what a critical incident is. Supplier will allow Clients to use their EAP sessions to process a trauma; in which case Clients will be offered an appointment within X hours of their call. Referrals for long-term treatment resources, if appropriate: Supplier will refer Clients to appropriate treatment resources: Including (but not limited to) physicians, psychologists, public and private agencies, and in-network or out-of-network treatment facilities within the financial means of the Client. All fees charged by the long-term resources are the responsibility of the Client. Supplier will provide assistance with transition services as needed for any disability including substance abuse treatment and mental health care with assurance that Supplier affiliate counselors are knowledgeable of LCRA’s various medical insurance plans.
