Specifications include, but are not limited to: Develop and maintain the City of Houston’s business location hierarchy (storage location) and assignment of current inventory for all applicable departments. Develop and administer a process to assure the most current identified SDS is uploaded into the system. Provide unlimited employee access to electronic training of system by hierarchy of control. Provide for upgraded system application updating, integration and enhancements of new functionality as needed by Federal, State and Local government requirements. Provide for of facility tree, security, permission and password access for all users. Notify designated staff when new/different/substitute chemicals enter a facility. Provide assistance via phone access for hazardous spills for SDS information and cleanup assistance
