Specifications include, but are not limited to: produce annual cost of cancer estimates and other key economic performance indicators. Under direction of CPRIT staff, Respondents must measure the cost of cancer in Texas, as required by Texas Health and Safety Code, Section 102.052, and measure key economic performance indicators. The data produced will be used for both internal and external audiences and to evaluate attainment of CPRIT priorities and goals. In addition to these other measures, Respondents must also develop an estimate of the economic impact to Texas if CPRIT is not extended and no additional funding is provided beyond the issuance of $3 billion in general obligation debt authorized by Article III, Section 67 of the Texas Constitution
