Specifications include, but are not limited to:. The Awarded Vendor must be able to provide a broad scope of EAP services to include shortterm (six (6) sessions) counseling, treatment and/or referral for all participants. Direct services to participants will include a 24hour tollfree (800) "Helpline" staffed with trained counselors and the availability of a minimum of six (6) counseling sessions per incident/problem, per participant, per contract year. Direct services to teenage participants will include a 24-hour toll-free (800) “Teen Helpline,” staffed with trained counselors and the availability of a minimum of six (6) counseling sessions per incident/problem, per participant, per contract year. Other services will include holding information and education sessions with TWC staff and providing pamphlets, brochures, wallet cards, posters, and videos to inform and educate all employees about the program.
