Specifications include, but are not limited to: 2.1 Tasks to be Performed: 2.1.1 Project Management and Coordination The Consultant will oversee all project activities, including work by sub-consultants, and will provide a project schedule. The Consultant shall work closely with the County project manager to effective meet schedule milestone and manage the budget. The Consultant will also coordinate with the seven drainage districts to conduct monthly meetings to provide updates on the study. The Consultant will also coordinate with cities within Brazoria County and adjacent counties as needed. 2.1.2 Evaluation of Existing Conditions, Existing Manuals and Atlas 14 The Consultant will be responsible for collecting information about the existing drainage conditions within the county. The Consultant shall contact each drainage districts to understand existing issues and concern within their districts. 2.1.3 Presentation of Data and Recommendation The data must first be provided to the County in a format that is easily understood and reviewable. This data should include recommendations from the Consultant on why and how each item should be consider when developing the Brazoria County Drainage Criteria Manual 2020. Once approved by the County, the Consultant will then present the data and recommendations to the drainage districts. The County and drainage districts will provide comments and approval to each of the recommendations. 2.1.4 Develop Brazoria County Drainage Criteria Manual 2020 The Consultant shall develop a draft Brazoria County Drainage Criteria Manual 2020 and it shall incorporate the comments and approvals of the recommendations that the County and drainage districts provided. The draft document will then be reviewed by the County and drainage districts and feedback will again be provided to the Consultant. After receiving the County’s feedback, the Consultant shall revise the draft manual and prepare the final Brazoria County Drainage Criteria Manual 2020.
