Specifications include, but are not limited to: A qualified pool of firm(s) to perform Direct Hire searches for permanent placement candidates. The firm will be required to execute strategic and timely searches identifying experienced salaried employees and candidates for all organizational functions. a. The Direct Hire search firm will take the necessary actions to recruit the maximum number of candidates who qualify for the position. b. The Direct Hire search firm will be required to provide a list of qualified candidates to NTTA between fifteen (15) – thirty (30) days after the position is submitted to the search firm, shorter time periods are preferred. c. The Direct Hire search firm should be prepared to recommend five (5) of the most qualified candidates for the position based upon requirements specified.
