Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Identify and recommend opportunities to increase FWHS’ housing inventory by identifying appropriate sites for acquisition, development, or redevelopment in conjunction with FWHS’ established goals and objectives; 2. Provide guidance in establishing the initial development concept and carrying out predevelopment activities; 3. Prepare initial pro-formas and budgets; 4. Advise the FWHS with regard to the impact of the mixed-income finance project on the operating budget and future cash flow; 5. Assist FWHS in identifying and securing necessary funding sources to complete approved transactions to include the development of applications for Low Income Housing Tax Credit; HOME Investment Partnerships Program; United States Department of Housing and Urban Development; Choice Neighborhoods Initiative; Federal Transit Administration; City of Fort Worth; 6. Assist in the representation of the financial interests of the FWHS in negotiations with all parties; 7. Assist FWHS in the development and submission of successful mixed finance proposals to appropriate entities; 8. Respond to requests from multiple entities relative to applications, community issues, financing vehicles, etc.
