Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Functionality – layout, functional adjacencies and systems integration should all support and contribute to the AICC’s primary mission. This would include maintaining compliance with CJIS security requirements, critical system redundancy and operational sustainability 2. Systems Redundancy – to include critical infrastructure, technology, etc. 3. Unique Design Features – explore concepts other than the typical layout with all consoles facing a large video wall and look for ways to set this facility apart from other airport control centers. However, this effort should not take precedence over the room’s functionality. 4. Technology – Formulate a holistic plan for serving the AICC’s technology requirements to include identifying needs, selecting solutions and developing an implementation plan(s) 19,273 Gross Square Feet (GSF) 9,498 Assignable Square Feet (ASF) 4,778 Non-Assignable Square Feet (NASF) New Facility shall provide Aviation with a new space for the AICC team to include a 24/7 secured control center (AICC) collocated with an Airport Emergency Center (AEC)
