Specifications include, but are not limited to: A.Contractor must check in with the DLD designated personnel upon arrival at each location.B.Estimated annual weight of paper documents to be shredded is 108,000 pounds.C.Contractor must provide 95 gallon locked and secured containers with key.D.Upon request Contractor must provide a key and lock that is specific to only that department.The key provided will only be held by the requesting department and Contractor.E.Material must be destroyed on both DLD premises as listed above.F.Contractor must allow DPS employees to witness the document shredding/destruction.G.Contractor will assist any department with rolling bins in and/or out of the building for on-siteshredding.H.Shredding services must be a flat rate.I.Services must be provided on Mondays and Thursdays 8:30 am and 3:00 pm.J.Contractor must provide a “Certificate of Destruction” upon completion of each service to theDLD designated personnel prior to leaving the destruction site.
