Specifications include, but are not limited to: The work consists of performing annual fire alarm system testing services in various properties owned or leased by the City of Eugene. See Attachment A, City of Eugene Fire Alarm Systems for a list of the facilities. Locations to service may be added or subtracted upon City’s request during the duration of the contract and incorporated by mutual written agreement. The City will coordinate with Contractor to provide reasonable and timely access to the facilities and systems being tested. Contractor is responsible for supplying all labor and tools required to perform the work, including ladders and lifts when applicable. All testing services will be performed in accordance with all NFPA 72, State and local Fire Marshal requirements. The applicable Fire Marshal form (Fire Alarm Annual Test Report - NFPA Form acceptable to the local jurisdiction having authority) is to be provided by the contractor. This form shall be filled out for each system and forwarded to the local Fire Marshal’s office and a copy sent to the City’s Facility Management Maintenance Supervisor within 14 working days after completion of the testing of each system. 1.6 Probability of Continuous Availability 1.6.1 The District will evaluate the provider’s ability to provide the solution starting on July 1, 2018 and continuing through the term of the contract. 1.6.2 The respondent will provide the number of years in business providing comparable services to customers in and around the District.
