Specifications include, but are not limited to: •Facilities renovation and new construction timelines, space utilization, and campus impact;•Current and future college, departmental, and campus population growth models recommending space allocations or adjustments; •Adjusted or additional square footage recommendations by category (office, classroom, class laboratory, research, etc.) based on the Texas Higher Education Coordinating Board (“THECB”) Space Use Efficiency model; •Incorporation of the recommendations from the Transportation and Parking (“T & P”) needs assessment into the overall safety and campus footprint; •Incorporation of the recommendations from TTU Office of Research and Innovation related to Innovation HUB and other land utilization recommendations; and •Optional funding models.
