Specifications include, but are not limited to: The objectives of the District’s HSI Early Alert Case Management Program are to: 1. To increase the retention rate (Fall to Fall enrollment) for First-Time-In-College (FTIC) students seeking degrees or certificates starting Fall 2017 through year 2021. 2. To increase the amount of FTIC students seeking degrees or certificates that remain in good academic standing by reducing the percent in academic probation and academic suspension. 3. To increase the graduation rate of FTIC students seeking degrees or certificates from the District within three years of enrollment. Develop and implement a formative and summative program evaluation, in accordance with U.S. DOE Early Alert Program (CFDA No. 84.031S) requirements, focusing on student perception of college, student retention, student academic standing, and graduation rates. The scope of this work includes: a. developing data instrument(s) and conducting respective in-person focus groups with FTIC students and key personnel, b. developing data instrument(s) and performing respective surveys for FTIC students and key personnel to gauge opinions, c. collecting and analyzing related and resulting data; and, d. writing annual evaluation reports.
