Specifications include, but are not limited to: The City of Temple, Texas desires to contract with a qualified contractor for Construction Manager-at-Risk (CMAR) services for the interior renovations of the following locations: (1) Water Treatment Plant 2 nd Floor Office/Lab administrative space (WTP) located at 4820 Parkside Drive, Temple, Texas, (approximatley 1,500 sf; preliminary construction budget = $120,000) and (2) City Hall, Suite 306 and 3 rd Floor Hallway, located at 2 N. Main Street, Temple, Texas (approximately 4,000 sf; preliminary construction budget = $44,000). WTP renovation work consists of replacement of windows, removal of VCT flooring and replace with vinyl plank flooring, demo of 2 offices and reconstruction of 1 office, replace lay-in ceiling & lighting, painting. City Hall renovation work consists of addition of 1 office, renovation of 2 storage spaces into office spaces, reconstruction of a stairwell, a few door access changes, painting, and new flooring.
