Specifications include, but are not limited to: Supplier will provide LCRA with at least one designated Representative, who will serve as LCRA’s primary point of contact with respect to Supplier’s fulfillment of LCRA’s COBRA benefit services. Receive and process electronic files of new enrollees, qualifying events, and terminations provided by the LCRA Human Resources department Send out initial and subsequent notices and COBRA election forms directly to the participant(s) and qualified beneficiary premium statements. Supplier will assume all postage fees as part of the day-to-day COBRA Administration. Receive and process COBRA elections from participants Transmit election information and initial and subsequent premiums to LCRA on a monthly basis Submit eligibility directly to TPAs and send premium reconciliations and reimbursements to LCRA. Send open enrollment notification packets to COBRA participants and administer all aspects of payment/billing process including notification of coverage end dates to various plans. Mail annual open enrollment packets to COBRA participants.
