Advising in the creation of the campaign’s public phase volunteer contingent, including its structure, membership, operating processes, meeting and action execution schedules, and related matters if no such plan has been developed. Advising in the development of action strategies for recruiting, preparing, and managing volunteers. Advising in the development of text defining the campaign’s public phase mission and goals for dissemination to both internal and external audiences. Advising in the development and implementation of fundraising strategies for specific high priority initiatives and donors. Advising in the development and implementation of creative ways and means to attract and introduce potential donors to UTD. Advising in the development and implementation of the campaign’s master communications plan if no such plan exists. Development of models of specific fundraising proposals for individuals and families. Development of models of corporate sponsorships underwriting high priority programs, projects, and initiatives. Development of creative concepts for UTD special events designed to honor donors, celebrate the campaign’s periodic successes, and capture the imaginations of the region’s leaders. Reviewing and responding to drafts of campaign fundraising proposals, collaterals, publications, reports, bulletins, and related documents. Meeting with you and representatives of UTD’s administration, faculty, and staff as requested to engage in strategy development and for general communications and community relations purposes. Meeting with groups and individual staff members to address issues, solve problems, and explore opportunities.
