Specifications include, but are not limited to: These tasks will include, but will not be limited to: 1) Classification System – for approximately 70 employees a) Discuss and finalize plans for studies and coordination of such with City staff, including use of the selected classification system and all forms, questionnaires, and survey instruments to be used; b) Review of job descriptions and specifications for each current position, including updating any and/or all job descriptions to meet FLSA regulations c) Assist the City in determining a relevant job market involved both public and private employers where private sector is an appropriate consideration for the job type. The public and private markets should be shown separately and combined. The relevant market should ensure that unique jobs have a relative benchmark with which to be compared;
