Specifications include, but are not limited to: 7.1.Adhere to the TxDOT Terms and Conditions identified on the solicitation.7.2.Provide a primary point of contact.7.3.Provide a telephone number monitored 24 hours per day, seven days per week tocontact for HVAC maintenance and repair services. A contractor shall be on call with aminimum two-hour response time.7.4.Respond verbally to the designated TxDOT representative within two hours of a service call being placed. Have HVAC personnel on-site within four hours of service call being placed unless other arrangements are agreed to by the designated TxDOT representative.7.5.Provide all labor, materials, miscellaneous parts, equipment, tools, transportation, and methods of communication, and if required provide additional services necessary to meet requirements of the specified services throughout the term of the purchase order.
