Specifications include, but are not limited to: Custodial services except as noted below. The Operator will manage and operate custodial services for the entire building with the exception of the Main Hall stage floor and the Black Box Theatre stage floor. 6.4.1. Both pre- and post-event cleaning. These events can fall on any day of the week but will typically occur Thursday through Sunday. On days with two performances (matinee and evening), cleaning would need to occur between both performances, as well as after the final evening performance. 6.4.2. Day custodial duties during normal business hours, Monday-Friday, and event porter services during special events. 6.4.3. Event setup labor for private events, including setting up chairs and tables. 6.4.4. Quarterly window washing of 26’ tall glass façade on the venue’s north exterior face. 6.4.5. Provide the necessary custodial staff with required supervision, hand and powered cleaning equipment, and various cleaning supplies, and satisfactorily perform services detailed in these specifications. 6.4.6. Personnel must be properly trained before being assigned to the Coppell Arts Center in a role identified in your staffing plan.
