Specifications include, but are not limited to: CCRTA seeks to secure services to procure bus ticket and pass documents for utilization in a Genfare (GFI) Electronic Farebox Odyssey TRIM (Ticket Reader Issuing Machine). 2,000,000 Transfers (B-Mobile) 16,000 Day Passes 8,000 7-Day Passes 3,600 31-Day Passes 11,000 31-Day Reduced Passes 3,200 B-Line Passes 1,800 11 – Trip Passes 10,000 Late Run Passes The Contractor must hold all information concerning document design and coding in the strictest confidence and will permit access to his/her own employees on a need-to-know basis only. Contractor must cover a 10% +/- for estimated amounts of tickets and passes to be printed. In the event that a new ticket or pass is to be printed, prices will be applicable to pricing quoted. Contractor is responsible for highlighting and resolving any ambiguities in this specification. Regardless of specified parameters, Contractor is responsible for ensuring that a given document will be correctly read 99% of the first attempts. This assumes that the document reader has been properly maintained. The Contractor is responsible for encoding all required information into the magnetic stripe on the documents. Encoding data will be provided to the successful Bidder. CCRTA reserves the right to change the fares and other encoding information with 90 day notice before document delivery is required.
