Specifications include, but are not limited to: Perform general Biohazard Cleanup Services on an as needed basis for all SAHA properties and Beacon Communities. Contractor shall cleanup and transport biohazard waste materials to an appropriate treatment, storage or disposal facility on an "as needed" basis. These actions shall be accomplished in compliance with all Federal (including U.S. EPA, USDOT and OSHA), State, and local regulatory requirements. All chemicals used to completing the work must be EPA approved. Services shall include preparation, management and labor for cleanup of biohazard material. All required personal safety equipment shall be furnished by the Contractor. All safety equipment must meet all OSHA requirements. Personnel shall be OSHA trained. Contractor shall use unmarked vehicles only so as not to alarm other residents.
