Specifications include, but are not limited to: Roof: CONTRACTOR will repair, remove and/or replace approximately 72 square feet of painted Hardie Soffit which is located on the Southwest side of the Courthouse Annex. CONTRACTOR will replace one (quantity) 12inch diameter TPO Drain coupling. CONTRACTOR will replace16 square feet of TPO waterproof membrane over the 2nd Floor Foyer. Foyer (2nd Floor): CONTRACTOR will remove and replace failed window gasket material. There are 32 (Quantity) windows that are approximately 4 FT long x 3 FT wide. All repaired windows shall be cleaned inside and out to provide a clear and unobstructed view. CONTRACTOR will repair, restore, remove and replace all water damaged areas. There is approximately 1054 square feet of painted drywall in this area. All finished repairs must have a seamless and undetectable appearance from the unaffected areas. Large Stone Patio (2nd floor Annex Facing Pecan Street): CONTRACTOR will remove and reinstall the 2 FT x 2 FT stone squares that make up the flooring on the patio. There is approximately 1656 square feet of 2FT x 2 FT stone squares; CONTRACTOR will inspect, repair, restore or remove and replace water damaged TPO roof; CONTRACTOR will reseal, repair and/or replace all roof drains as required to return roofing system to pre-incident condition.
