Specifications include, but are not limited to: 3.1 The Contractor shall be a manufacturer’s authorized representative for parts and must have an operational facility regularly engaged in the business of providing baggage handling system parts for a minimum of two (2) years. 3.2 The Contractor shall provide a point of contact for receiving orders from the City. A City representative will contact the Contractor by email or telephone to place an order for parts. The request will include the part number, part description, any particular delivery requirements, and a delivery order number. 3.3 The Contractor shall provide new parts. Used, factory seconds, remanufactured, shopworn, demonstrator, prototype, and discontinued parts or materials are not acceptable unless approved in writing by the Contract Manager.
