Specifications include, but are not limited to: 32.1The City of Fort Worth (City) seeks proposals from qualified bidders to establish non-exclusive agreements for Background Screening Services in accordance with thedescriptions and specifications listed in this solicitation. 32.2Contractor shall perform background screening services for the City of Fort Worth Human Resource Department. The Human Resource Department estimates the need for approximately 1500 screenings for new hires. The background screenings shall be initiated by City Human Resource Department and the potential hires information shall be input online by the potential hire. Background screening reports shall be available to City Human Resources Department online. Screening services shall include:32.3Timely results - The background screening process shall be timely and results shall be returned within three business days on average to allow for proper planning and assignment of hires. 32.4Results - All background screenings results must be available through an online portal and notifications must be available to City HR Department as updates or completed records update on portal. 32.5Self-service data entry - potential hires shall enter in their own information to be processed; however, in the case that the potential new hire is incapable of entering in their own information, the City wants the option for the Human Resources Department to have the ability to enter in the information to be processed.
