Specifications include, but are not limited to: A. The successful Contractor will supply access for assigned Food and Nutrition Division staff via username and password to a user friendly and functional web portal maintained by the Contractor in order for F&N staff to submit the applicant information for the background check. B. Any templates the Contractor wishes TDA to utilize to request a background check must be submitted as part of the proposal and must be approved by TDA based on business needs at any time. C. Contractor’s system to obtain background check data results must be accessible to designated TDA staff to review at any time for the duration of the Contract. D. Contractor must provide training and training materials in reference to the background check process utilized to designated TDA staff at no additional charge within two (2) weeks of contract execution. TDA only requires 5 staff members to be trained. E. Multiple TDA staff must be able to request a background check to be performed, and Contractor must be able to provide services to multiple TDA staff at the same time. TDA estimates only 5 staff members to request background checks.
