Specifications include, but are not limited to: WATERPROOFING REPLACEMENT: 1. Remove existing sealants at all horizontal and vertical control joints in the tilt wall construction. 2. Install new closed cell backer rod at a depth of one half the width of the control joint. 3. Adhere new specified primer and sealants (all) control joints. Sealant shall be applied per manufacturer’s guidelines. Depth of sealant shall be maximum depth of one half the width of the open joint. 4. Finish: All joints shall be tooled smooth. Finger finish is not acceptable. 5. Exterior wall penetrations: Remove and replace existing sealants to ensure no water entry occurs. Application shall be per manufacturer’s guidelines and the attached specifications. 6. Exterior HVAC units and wall penetrations: Install new three-sided hoods with stainless steel metal. Set new hood in sealant and pin to the tilt wall panels. Seal the top and sides of the hood. 7. Windows: All exterior tilt wall panel mounted windows, cut back the gaskets to the glass and metal junctures. Cut back to allow new silicone-based sealants applied. 8. Cab Window Frames: Remove thirteen (13) windows from the Cab and install new stainless-steel frames and reinstall existing windows. 9. Door Frames: Abrade all existing exterior frames are to be abraded, application of rust inhibitor/neutralizer and painted with two-part epoxy paint. 10. Finish: All joints shall be tooled smooth
