Specifications include, but are not limited to: Project I - Research, develop, and propose on a periodic basis (surveys and their pay structures) using the City’s current Point Factor Analysis system. Discuss and finalize plans for ad hoc studies and coordination of such with City staff, and include use of the existing classification system and all forms, questionnaires, and survey instruments; Review and analyze the current structure and practices of specific job classifications and job descriptions; Conduct management and employee interviews only on positions that require further analysis or clarification as deemed appropriate by the consultant and HR staff; Review questionnaire responses with HR staff, as appropriate; Perform a job analysis and develop FLSA and ADA compliant job descriptions, as needed; Review descriptions and determine appropriate FLSA classification; and, Prepare and review draft classification recommendations for surveyed position(s). Project II - Research, develop, and propose on a periodic basis (job classifications and their pay structures) using the City’s current Point Factor Analysis system. Perform a review and analysis of the current structure, compensation, job classification, and pay grade for general positions upon request; Consider and study both internal and external equity; Conduct a market survey of City of Fort Worth and current peer survey salaries of the local and area municipalities, to include all of the competitive market where the City recruits;
