Specifications include, but are not limited to: Contractor must review insurance rate filings for any and all lines of business which require filed rates in Texas, including, but not limited to: life, accident and health fire, allied, inland marine, homeowners, auto, workers’ compensation, employers’ liability, fidelity and surety, businessowners, general liability, commercial multi-peril, burglary and theft, boiler and machinery, glass, mortgage guaranty, and credit. Contractor must possess the knowledge and experience related to the development and review of rate filings, see Section II Item C (Mandatory Minimum Requirements). Respondents must demonstrate experience in rate filing review in Tab 4 – Respondent’s Questionnaire, Qualifications, Experience, and Past Performance.
