Specifications include, but are not limited to: Workforce Solutions Alamo (WSA) is requesting qualifications from Architectural firm(s) interested in providing Architectural services for renovations of office lease space located at 183 1-35 South, New Braunfels, Texas. WSA is expanding into 181 1-35 South, which is approximately 1,080 sq. ft. ("Expansion Area"). After the expansion, the Premises shall contain a cumulative total of approximately 6,720 sq. ft. All alterations shall comply with all governmental and local codes including, but not limited to any applicable water line, electric, and asbestos related requirements (including any testing, remediation, and/or follow-up inspections of the Expanded Premises and surrounding area which may be required by any governmental authority). Architect(s) must ensure that the Expanded Premises comply with Americans with Disabilities Act (11ADA and Texas Accessibility Standards regulation (11TAS).
