Specifications include, but are not limited to: The City of Missouri City intends to contract with one (1) firm to develop construction plans for the New Fire Station No. 6 with the relocation of the Fire Administration to the new station, along with space evaluations for repurposing the existing Fire Administration areas back to Public Safety Headquarters staff. The space evaluations will also include the existing Public safety Headquarters and any necessary design modifications related to interior walls, heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC), electrical and data systems that maybe needed to be implemented. The construction plans will include architectural engineering design, details, and specifications to bid and construct the proposed building on a site near the intersection of Lake Olympia Parkway and Vicksburg Boulevard. (Current Fire Administration and Public Safety Headquarters are located at 3849 Cartwright Road) The selected firm will be responsible for the following but not limited to: Space evaluations, Master Planning, Preliminary design, design development, architectural design, civil engineering, MEP engineering, IT Data design , kitchen design ,structural engineering, surveying, geotechnical report, bid specifications, final design, TDLR review, and construction phase engineering.
