Specifications include, but are not limited to: The purpose of this Competitive Sealed Proposal is to replace the current Timekeeping System. The GHG Clockwise product has been used by the district for over nine (9) years. SBISD is looking for a proven Timekeeping system to meet District, State and Federal system requirements for the logging, maintaining and processing of employee time. SBISD seeks proposals from qualified vendors for software with the capabilities to meet the following district objectives: 1. Streamline the collection, correction and processing of employee time worked; 2. Automate the calculation and processing of timesheets for non-exempt staff members; 3. Provide a mechanism for the tracking and payment of additional duties performed by exempt staff members; 4. Eliminate administrative activities that add no value, such as the redundant keying and reconciliation of data; 5. Provide system users and functional managers with the necessary technology, tools and training to enable them to extract the data required to meet their business needs
