Specifications include, but are not limited to: Task 1: Review Aircraft Sampling QAPP The contractor will review the draft Aircraft Sampling Quality Assurance Project Plan (QAPP) produced by AACOG and offer any corrections or improvements to the QAPP for AACOG to update. The QAPP must be approved by TCEQ before any work can commence on this project. Task 2: Prepare Aircraft for Sampling The contractor will provide the following: 1. The necessary equipment to perform the required monitoring equipment, including the aircraft, ozone monitor, pollutant monitors, and meteorological equipment; 2. Standard operating procedures (SOP) used to service the aircraft and monitors that will include sampling and management plan, data quality objectives, and plans for instrument deployment and in-field acceptance testing; 3. Produce a Health and Safety Plan that identifies potential hazards for the aircraft sampling and specifies procedures that will reduce risk of injury; 4. Obtain necessary Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) operating license;
