Specifications include, but are not limited to: ACC’s objective of this solicitation is to solicit proposals from experienced and qualified firms to provide for District-Wide Vending Services, according to Exhibit E-ACC Regional Map, which includes standard vending (Proposal A), market style vending (Proposal B), and additional services (Proposal C) as follows: • Proposal A for District-wide Vending Services – Standard vending service with a bank of vending machines for drinks, snacks, and/or prepared food items that serve each campus that are considered shelf stable. • Proposal B for District-wide Market Style Vending Services - A more varied selfserve style of vending to compliment the standard vending service that currently serves a campus offering temperature control fresh and pre-packaged items. • Proposal C for Additional Services District Wide- ACC departments provides vending services (i.e. coffee, tea, etc.). ACC is open to receiving responses from all respondents to provide additional services, such as coffee, tea, water, or any other vending services that would be beneficial to ACC’s as needed or determined by ACC.
