Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1 Contractor shall supply to The Township a Safety Data Sheet for each cleaning chemical used in the operation of cleaning all facilities. 2 Contract additions should be based on unit prices agreed in contract for the work requested. The Township will request a proposal for additional services added and will add said services to the contract at their discretion. 3 Contractor will notify The Township via email when repairs are needed (leaky faucets, stoppedup toilets and drains, broken fixtures) at a restroom or when vandalism has occurred. Major Leaks or safety concerns should be directed to the “on-call” number to facilitate this notification – 281.210.3900 option #9. A time and date stamped picture via camera/smartphone should be provided to the Township. 4 Additional scheduled opening/closing times plus restroom maintenance support may be required periodically. Contractor will be expected to accommodate such requests. 5 Contactor will furnish all paper supplies, women’s disposable waste wax bags, plastic bags, hand soap for dispensers, and trash bags in the restrooms (Town Green and Rob Fleming Outside restrooms only). Cost for materials shall be included in the unit price 6 The Woodlands Township Parks and Facilities has minimal storage space; therefore, contractor will be responsible for locating and providing storage for all equipment and supplies. 7 Contractor may be asked to take photo documentation of each cleaned facility if deemed necessary by the Township contract administrator. Three (3) pictures total before cleaning, after cleaning, and one of the outside of the facility. Pictures would need to have date and time stamp on the provided pictures. 8 Contractor shall fill out a Restroom Log sheet that will be left hanging on the inside of the restroom facility. Township staff would create this form and attach if deemed necessary by Township contract administrator
