Specifications include, but are not limited to: Background investigation reports should include the following:a.Criminal HistoryReports must include a nationwide search with history of at least the past seven (7) years, with a preference for up to ten (10) years, indicating any misdemeanor or felony convictions at the county, state, and federal level with the following information:i.Date of charge ii.Charge Information iii.Degree of charge iv.Date of disposition v.Disposition In addition, a search should be conducted on a national level checking all sex offender databases and registries, with a report to follow verifying whether any information was found. b.Verification of Employment Reports must include a candidate’s current employment history and should cover a period up to twenty (20) years and should include the following information:i.Date of hire ii.Date of termination iii. Position(s) held/job title(s)iv. Reason for leaving, if available v.Eligibility for rehire, if available
