The City of New Braunfels is seeking Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) from qualified design firms interested in providing a Needs Study, Conceptual Design and Schematic Design and cost estimating for the proposed 2019 Bond Program.

DESCRIPTION OF PROJECT:
Westside Community Center Expansion (“WSCC”): The existing library room at the WSCC is approximately 600 SF. The new library space would add program space, study room(s), public computers and areas by audience for collections. The collection would expand capacity to 10,000 items from the current 2,000 as well as increase service capacity from 20 to 100 people. Process would evaluate an existing building that could be renovated and/or demolition of the existing building and a new-build project.
