San Antonio River Authority is soliciting for a vendor to provide expertise in various areas of water resources, including but not limited to, hydrology, hydraulics, wastewater, water quality modeling, geographic information systems (GIS), low impact development (LID), Municipal Separate Storm Sewer Systems (MS4) permitting, and water quality best management practice (BMP) studies and implementation. Consultant(s) will need to be able to provide a team with multidisciplinary capabilities and an understanding of a holistic watershed-based approach to plan for improved water quality in the San Antonio River Basin.
