Scope of Work
This project is for rehabilitation of three (3) on-site sewage facilities (OSSF) at the City of Bay City Riverside Park located off FM 2668 approximately 4 miles southwest of Bay City, adjacent to the Colorado River. Major items of work, that are more specifically given in the Bid Proposal, include:

3,960 LF of 1 ¼-inch PVC low pressure dosing field
555 LF of 2-inch PVC header
40 LF of 2-inch PVC, bored
Cleaning existing septic tanks
Replacing pumps in three (3) duplex pumping tanks
New controls for three (3) duplex pumping systems
Miscellaneous electrical conduit and wiring
Miscellaneous items as required
Time is of the essence on this project and work shall start as soon as practical after award of the contract.
Coordinate timing of construction with other contractors inthe park.

Sealed bids will be received at the City Secretary’s office, 1901 5th Street, Bay City, TX 77414 until the hour of 1:00 pm on July 27, 2018. Bids received after 1:00 pm will not be accepted. All bids will be opened publicly and read aloud immediately after the time for receipt of bids has expired. All interested parties are invited to attend.
Bid Form:

Submit the Bid Proposal, in duplicate, with the Vendor Information form, a completed Conflict of Interest Questionnaire and a Bid Bond, cashier’s or certified check in the amount of 5% of the total bid in an opaque, sealed envelope. If submitted by mail, enclose bid envelope in another envelope addressed for mailing. Plainly identify the sealed envelope with the following information:
1. Do not open before 1:00 p.m. on July 27, 2018.
