Scope of Work
This project is for construction of three (3) platforms for elevating OSSF pump controls above flood plain elevation at the City of Bay City Riverside Park located off FM 2668 approximately 4 miles southwest of Bay City, adjacent to the Colorado River. Major items of work, that are more specifically given in the Bid Proposal, include:

Three (3) timber platforms to elevate controls above 100-year flood plain
Time is of the essence on this project and work shall start as soon as practical after award of the contract.
Coordinate timing of construction with other contractors inthe park.

Sealed bids will be received at the City Secretary’s office, 1901 5th Street, Bay City, TX 77414 until the hour of 1:00 pm on July 27, 2018. Bids received after 1:00 pm will not be accepted. All bids will be opened publicly and read aloud immediately after the time for receipt of bids has expired. All interested parties are invited to attend.
Bid Form:

Submit the Bid Proposal, in duplicate, with the Vendor Information form, a completed Conflict of Interest Questionnaire and a Bid Bond, cashier’s or certified check in the amount of 5% of the total bid in an opaque, sealed envelope. If submitted by mail, enclose bid envelope in another envelope addressed for mailing. Plainly identify the sealed envelope with the following information:
1. Do not open before 1:00 p.m. on July 27, 2018.
