1. All responses to this RFP shall be submitted in the Proposal Format specified in Section 4.1 of this RFP and on the attached response forms provided in Exhibit A. Proposals must be received at the City of Cedar Park Finance Office at or before 2:00 P.M. CT on May 12, 2019. Each Proposal must be properly identified with the subject title and date and time due. One (1) original and seven (7) copies of the Proposal shall be submitted BOTH in written, hard-copy format, and one (1) copy in electronic format on a USB drive, and delivered in a sealed envelope via mail.
