The City of Cedar Park is requesting Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) from qualified
engineering firms for design and construction phase services associated with the
implementation of bicycle lanes on city streets. The bicycle lanes will utilize existing pavement
with minor modifications to curbs, curb ramps, traffic signals, and roadway pavement at
specified locations.
Project development will include surveying, design, permitting, TDLR registration and review,
identification of utilities and utility conflicts, coordination with utility companies and outside
agencies, PS&E (plan, specification, and estimate) development, and any other items necessary
to successfully develop the project.
