Respondent shall submit one (1) original signed document. The original shall be clearly marked. In addition, the submittal shall be provided electronically on a USB drive. Statements of Qualifications must be received, in a sealed envelope, at the San Antonio River Authority Main Office no later than published date and time on the cover sheet at the address below. Submittals sent by facsimile or email will not be accepted. Any submittal or modification received after this time shall not be considered, and will be returned, unopened to the Respondent. Respondents should strive for early submission to avoid the possibility of rejection for late arrival.
