The City of Leander, herein after “City”, seeks to engage the services of a qualified
Individual, Firm, or Corporation, herein “Respondent”, to provide Professional Engineering
Services, herein “Services”, for the design and construction administration of the S. West Sidewalk
Improvements, herein “Sidewalk”.
The new construction of the Sidewalk will be built on City-owned right-of-way with the potential of
easement access acquisition. The total length of sidewalk is approximately 1,200 feet. A Project
Area Map is included herein as Attachment B.
Professional services for this project include but are not limited to:
1.1. Scope Definition;
1.2. Field Surveying;
1.3. Drainage Study;
1.4. Environmental Clearance (Categorical Exclusion);
1.5. Schematic Engineering Design;
1.6. Quality Assurance Program;
1.7. Project Specification Development;
1.8. Construction Documentation Preparation;
1.9. Bid Notice and Administration; and
1.10. Construction Administration Services.
