RFQ-06-031-218-RL-013 - Inspection and Project Representation – City Hall Bldg 3 & Public Works Bldg 1

The City Hall Building 3 Remodel consists of 5,129 square feet of existing ground floor space and will add 3,746 square feet of second floor space for offices to the existing building enclosure.  A complete demolition of walls with the exception of walls surrounding the electrical room will be done to allow for installation of new walls and utilities.  The Public Works Building 1 Expansion consists of a pre-fabricated metal building expansion with brick, CMU, and metal roof of approximately 1,032 sf.
